I have played Rugby since my school days and only gave up in my 30s. I am now 42 and enjoy keeping fit, mountaineering, surfing and of course training the team.

I am a Detective with Cheshire Police, previously serving in the Royal Navy for 8 years.

I have two children, Conor and Ellie and currently live with my partner Alison who is a big inspiration in my life and also my training partner in the gym and on the mountains.
